Brief Answer:
Regarding atopic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Emollients/ Moisturizers along with topical steroids like Fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream and calcineurin inhibitors like tacrolimus ointment/ pimecrolimus cream form the mainstay of topical treatment of Atopic Dermatitis. Apart from these oral antihistamines like cetrizine / hydroxyzine and /or oral steroids are also useful in management of atopic dermatitis patients. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in " reports section " so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I can see eczematous involvement of knee flexures. I suggest you to use a moisturizer frequently. In addition I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for 2 weeks. You may also give her an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine syp, 2.5ml, twice daily.

Hope I have answered your query.
