Question: Hi, i suffer from fatigue and light headiness for a while now, i recently did a comprehensive blood anaylsis.
My hb value seems on the low and with 138. However, my Ferritin at 85 seems not to indicate iron deficiency. My transferrin value seems low at 2.3.
What other values are interesting for this case to find the root cause.
Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Not related to iron deficiency anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the results of the blood tests you upload including haemoglobin, ferritin and transferrin.
They are within normal range. Ferritin is on the lower side of the normal range.
I think you can take iron supplements to increase it a bit. I don't believe that iron definitely anemia may be the cause of your fatigue syndrome. If you have recently had any viral infection it can be related to post viral fatigue syndrome.
Also it can be related to stress and anxiety without any evidence on the blood tests.

Hope I have answered the question.
