Does this mean I will infect my girlfriend?
Brief Answer:
no chance of transmission
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
hepatitis A does not cause chronic disease. If may only cause acute hepatitis. If you're asymptomatic and your liver function tests are normal then high IgG titers just means that you've developed immunity against hepatitis A. You cannot get hepatitis A anymore and there is no chance that your girlfriend will get it from you either. And no treatment is required...
If you do have symptoms of hepatitis and/or you've got abnormal liver function tests then please use your follow-up questions to inform me of the details.
I hope I've answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind Regards,

Brief Answer:
You've got the virus in your body
Detailed Answer:
I thought your question was about hepatitis only...
You've got positive IgG antibodies against both types of herpes simplex virus (HSV1 and HSV2). Your girlfriend may become exposed to the virus only if she's never got it before. If she's positive too then there is no risk. If she's not then she may contract the virus (either or both) even when you have no visible lesions. The risk is obviously higher when lesions are present.
In discordant couples chemoprophylaxis with low-dose antivirals can be used to reduce the risk of transmission. Using a condom is not enough by itself.
