Brief Answer:
It can confirm with the help of scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting Ask a doctor about your healthcare.
I have gone through your history and understand your concern completely.
As you said it was only slight bleeding and stop immediately after medicines, most likely your baby is perfectly fine but it can only be confirm with the help of pelvic ultrasound.
Backache could be due to some other reasons or if hormonal, that is why relieved with the help of progesterone (duphaston).
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck

Hello dear,

If you are having Brown spotting, it is most likely due to hormonal imbalance.
