Question: Hi im a 24 years female i never had full sex “penetration”. My boyfriend ejaculate on my stomach without penetration. My last period is on sep 4 and it supposed to happen oct 4 but it didn’t now im worried that i may be pregnant? + im diabetic type 1 controlled and i have vitamin deficiency i start taking vitamin D drops yesterday thank u

If there was no penetration at all and your boyfriend ejaculated on your stomach, there is almost zero chance for you to become pregnant.
If your boyfriend penetrated, even partially, and then ejaculated on your stomach, there is still some risk that sperm may come out before he is aware of it, so there is a risk of pregnancy. The withdrawal method is not a safe method of protection against pregnancy.
Because of the delayed period, I would recommend you to have a urinary pregnancy test and if this is negative, you should repeat it in 2-3 days. If it remains negative then you are not pregnant.
Please be reminded that one of the most important vitamins to take during pregnancy is folic acid, so if the pregnancy test is positive you will need prenatal vitamins or at least folic acid 400-600 mcg a day for a healthier pregnancy.
