Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the detailed history you have given.
In my opinion, you can wait till March 21 2019 to see your PCP, no need for early appointment or rush to emergency room.
Your CT brain and electrolytes were normal recently.
So no need to worry for your symptoms.
In my opinion, your symptoms are due to stress and anxiety.
So if possible also try to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

Thanks . But I don't have any amount of anxiety or stress. I am usually very calm and relax type person. At ER doctor told me that it might be nerve or neurological issues. They told me to ask my PCP to send me to a neurologist. Besides feeling twitching here and there my body I am fine and can wait for my PCP. But my stomach is bloated significantly which I have never experienced before. But question is this somehow related to my muscle twitching issues? Can neurological problem lead to stomach being bloated?
Brief Answer:
No, neurological issue can not cause bloating.
