Mild head and neck traumatic injury possibly.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
These symptoms point towards mild traumatic injuries such as whiplash and concussion.
In your case is necessary to rest for a few days, use anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen.
It is also necessary to wear a soft cervical collar when you stand up for a few days.
If your symptoms don't get better in a week or so, or they get worse, you should get evaluated with imaging studies of your head and neck such as CT scan, MRI, etc.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Mild symptoms so, low chances of negative long term effects.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Your symptoms are considered mild ones so, the chances for long term negative effects are very low.
You should notice an improvement in a few days, if not, then you should undergo imaging of your head and cervical spine for a precise understanding of your condition.
Hope this helps.
