Hi it only hurt during not before or after just constipated abit before and now the anus burns a bit no continuing blood just when she wipes
Brief Answer:
As discussed - fissure-in-ano
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The condition is called fissure-in-ano and is caused by the hard stool.
This is usually self limiting within a few days if the stool is soft.
I would suggest the following in such a situation:
Stool Softener/laxative to have soft and smooth stools.
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water is soothing and relaxes the anal sphincters; better be done before and after passing stool.
Anti-inflammatory medicine with painkiller properties like Ibuprofen if it suits her and if the pain demands for it.
Avoid the foods that cause constipation/hard stool.
High fiber diet with plenty of fluids.
Avoid hard stool formation in future.
If there is no bleeding or pain you can visit the regular Doctor for examination and proper management.
I hope this answer helps your daughter to get cured.
With Regards.
