Hi, Just Yesterday, I Found A Few Red Spots On

Question: Hi, just yesterday, I found a few red spots on my lower penis's head, though now it looks as though it has receded somewhat, and is now just reddish. I have no trouble urinating and I'm pretty sure its Balanitis. Is there any chance that with washing and time, it'll go away by itself?

Brief Answer:
Either fungal infection or friction related, apply topical anti fungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be either fungal in nature or related to friction. Needs examination by dermatologist to confirm diagnosis.
I would recommend you to apply topical anti fungal like clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily 7-10 days. This will resolve your problem.
Also wash the area with plain water and avoid soap on the affected area.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
