Question: Hi, l am having pain in my tooth gum and it gives me headache l will need advice on what l can do about it as there are no dentists where l live . Urgently

I have read your query and understand your concern. Pain in tooth and gum can be due to many reasons like caries, infection in gums , fracture tooth, or decayed tooth .

For this i will suggest you few measures so that you can get relief . I will also request you to upload picture of your tooth if possible. I would also like to know that your tooth is healthy or it is decayed? or there is any swelling present with pus discharge ?

Inmeantime do warm saline rinses two to three times a day. You can take medication like Cap. Amoxiclave twice daily with Analgesic like Diclomol SP or Ibugesic twice daily by consulting with local doctor .
