Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes for that which should get evaluated.

Kindly follow up with a bit more information,

Do you have fever, abdominal pain, loose motion/constipation, acidity/heartburn, nausea /vomiting?

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure complete hemogram, ultrasound/computed tomography abdomen, repeat widal, stool analysis and upper GI endoscopy SOS as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for gastritis/gastric ulcer /infection.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Till then for pain you can take tablet cyclopam(dicyclomine + acetaminophen), antacids after general physician consultation.

Along with that avoid hot and spicy foods. Take soft food. Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have it. Keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

As per your history, it may be due to chronic gastritis/gastric ulcer.

Though your previous reports were normal, I would suggest you to consult with gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination and evaluation.

Along with that kindly follow all measures as suggested earlier.
