Question: Hi mam i am having going through some problem, i hope you help me with best of your knowledge. On 7th july me and my gf had unprotected sex i was drunk so i was not concious at time of ejaculation i pulled out but a bit of penis was inside her or not,it may ejaculated in her or on her labia. So i gave her IPILL within 3-4 hours of sex, than again we had sex on 8 july.he last periods was on 1 july night and ended on 5th july but she found some blood on 6th july as well. Her cycles are usually 28-30 days. My questions are as follows:- 1) HOW MUCH ISTHE RISK OF PREGNANCY INVOLVED?Â 2) WAS SHE IN HER FERTILE PERIOD AND IF YES WOULD I PILL WORK EFFECTIVELY CONTROLLIG PREGNANCY?Â 3) since than she is havkng mood swings, food craving, severe headache, urge to vomit, frequent fever, uneasiness, are these symptoms says she is pregnant?Â 4) If pregnancy happens what are the ways to control or termknate it without surgery and safer ways?Â 5) As she just finished her periods and taken ipill as well as per your knowledge can pregnancy occur?Â 6) on 8 july again we had sex as i told j but there was not ejaculatiom occured,however wpuld ipill she took on 7th july also be stand effective for 8th july sex? LAST BUT NOT LEAST WE ARE EXTREMELY PARANOID ABOUT PREGNANCY I HOPE YOU HELP ME OUT IN RELEIVING SOME STRESS. THANKYOU!Â

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

You had sex on day 7 and 8 of her period. Even if the ejaculation was outside the chances of conception due to pre-cum are present. The chances of pregnancy in such cases are less than 5%. This was not the fertile time of her cycle. I-pill can effectively prevent the pregnancy as it was taken within 3-4 hours of sex.

The symptoms that she is having are due to the side effects caused by the I-pill as it is a high dose hormonal pill. The pregnancy symptoms appear after the periods are overdue.
In case she becomes pregnant then the pregnancy can be terminated with the help of medicines up to 7 weeks.

The chances of pregnancy are remote. Wait for her next normal period to be very sure. The I-pill taken on 7th July will be effective for sex on 8th July also if done within 24 hours.

ok thankyou for your response, i am very paranoid like if ejaculation happened inside her there may pregnancy occur?also she is having frequent mood seings, headache, craving etc, also 4 days ago she had little bleeding from vagina its mean pregnancy?

Thanks for writing again.
If the ejaculation has happened inside then the chances of pregnancy are present but since she has taken I-pill there is nothing to worry. The mood swings, headache and mild spotting is due to the effect of I-pill. This is not related to pregnancy.
