Question: Hi, my 6 year old son was having pain in his left ear, he also having cold and cough, but ear pain is bad...to soothe I gave him paracetamol and put flurbiprofen eye drops in his ears...I would like to know what are side effects can be?

Hello,
As the tympanic membrane ( ear drum) is intact, the drops will not reach the inner parts of ear and nothing will happen.
However, ear drops should never be used in the eyes.
