Brief Answer:
Granular Pharyngitis. Allergy, Post Nasal Drip and Acid reflux.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. The images show Granular Pharyngitis which is very common. The cobblestone appearance is due to chronic inflamed normal lymphoid (tonsil-like) tissue normally present in the throat. The posterior and lateral pharyngeal bands of normal lymphoid tissue are enlarged.

2. This occurs due to allergy, infections, post nasal drip and acid reflux.

3. Get allergy tests, throat swabs and routine blood tests done.

4. Routine medication and medicated gargles will help.

5. This is not cancer. This is not a cause for worry.

I hope that I have answered your question. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
