Question: Hi my husband is experiencing his heart racing rapidly when he lays down or tries to sleep preventing him to but when i check his pulse its normal he is breathing fine
Alot of anxiety attacks from it
Has numbness in arms sometimes & nausea feels like throwing up & burps alot sometimes causing heartburn

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think your husband is having anxiety which is causing the rapid heart racing before sleep. Anxiety can be the cause of numbness in arms also. Anxiety is very common nowadays because of the situation created by covid19. Hopefully he will feel better when this situation ends.
If I was his doctor I would have recommended him to take 25mg of atenolol at night or a tablet of vagostabyl before sleep. Reduce coffee or caffeine beverages intake
The nausea and burping may be caused by gastritis or reflux GERD.
Taking antiacids such Maalox can be helpful. Also eat at least 3 hours before sleep. Avoid acidic foods such orange juice, lemon, tomato sauce etc.
Sleep with elevated head with pillows.
