Hi, My Issue Started Tonight Around 8 Or 830 Pm

urinary tract infection, guidelines in details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per my clinical experience, the current symptoms of frequency of urination with
little amount indicate underlying urinary tract infection causing cystitis.
My guidelines at present
- Have to drink more liquids to maintain hydration and flush out underlying bacteria
responsible for the infection.
- Analgesic as paracetamol ( 500 mg ) 3 times a day after meals for pain or burning
relief.
- Raise intake of citrus fruits with vitamin c content.
- Need prescription of urinary antibiotic as fluoroquinolones or else from your doc for
faster control of condition.
- Cranberry tablets or sachets work best for primary relief if available immediately.
- Avoid sex if sexually active at present.
Wish you best recovery.
Do feel free to discuss further regarding the same.
Regards.
