Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, please see the detailed answer below...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back to 'Ask A Doctor' service, XXXXXXX

I've gone through your query as well as all three of the attached pictures...

Well, no, not to worry in this scenario, as you've already washed your hands thoroughly...not to worry about HIV either...

I've reviewed the pictures...the hand seems to be absolutely clean, and the skin looks totally intact, so there's nothing to worry about...

Relax, there's no risk in this scenario...

Let me know if I can assist you further...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Yes, if you zoom in, you'll see not only small dots but a lot of different colors as well...They could be due to old healed skin surfaces (secondary to any form of minor injury or even due to a normal skin turnover process)...

Had it been any possible sharps in the trash, you'd have definitely felt some sort of sudden onset pricking/piercing sensation...Even if you didn't, in the unlikely case, there would've been some visible trauma/blood oozing out from the skin surface...

Considering you didn't have any of those above-mentioned incidents, there doesn't seem to be any reason to be concerned about at this point...

Let me know if I can assist you further...

Take Care
Kind Regards
