impaired hand eye coordination
slow mental processing speed(difficulty processing and reacting)
constant fatigue(8 hours sleep is never enough, and fatigue never fully relieved by sleep)
depression
loss of interest
anxiety
acid reflux
weak immune system
frequent urination

I have had both alternative and conventional tests on various criteria done and can provide. I'm looking for a point to start looking for an answer. I feel like my quality of life is being eroded by some problem that I can't quite find. Submitted is both testing from alternative and conventional providers.

Brief Answer:
IMBALANCE IN NEUROTRANSMITTERS

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

All your test reports are normal except the tests of neurotransmitter levels.

Neurotransmitters play an important role in the functioning of brain and central control of the body.

A fine balance of neurotransmitter is required for normal neurological functions. These include mood, sleep pattern, emotions, concentration, processing of information by brain visceral and skeletal actions, hand eye coordination and behaviour etc.

An imbalance causes multiple symptoms, some of which are the ones, you are having.

A disequilibrium cause lack of drive, lack of energy, feeling of doom, insomnia or excess sleep, increased or decreased appetite, social withdrawal, agitation, irritation, pathological anxiety, panic attacks and depression etc.

Kindly see a good neurological who would start the drugs to restore the hormonal balance.
Inputs from psychiatrist and psychological counselling would also be required.
Get nourishing diet including plentiful of vegetables and fruits, keep hydrated and get a good sleep.
Also take omega3 and multivitamin supplements.
Try meditation, yoga and other relaxation techniques.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Regards.
