Brief Answer:
Antiinflammatory drugs may help...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It seems you developed these symptoms acutely perhaps over night or after some form of exercise / physical activity. Let me know if it's otherwise.

I understand it could be uncomfortable. If tylenol did not help, you can try other antiinflammatory drugs like an advil / ibuprofen twice daily for a day or two. It's also available over the counter. In addition also apply topical pain relieving agents like 'icy hot maximum strength medicated spray' or 'salonpas' available at Walgreens store (or other chemist stores). You should feel better in the next 6 - 24 hours with the treatment.

I am not be able to provide you with the note you requested for as physical examination is a prerequisite before writhing a medical note.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any other clarifications.

Regards
