Question: Hi my period is on Day 36 of a cycle. I still haven’t gotten it. I have never had sex. My last period was a 36 day cycle so I was hoping to get by now. But I still haven’t. I have had PMS signs but no bleeding as of yet and I’m freaking out

5) Excessive exercise of sports recently.

Any of these reasons could be a reason for delayed cycles.

There is no need to panic as delayed cycles are common once in a while. wait for couple of weeks for periods to resume.
