Brief Answer:
Ibuprofen if suit, local Rubefacient liniment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Is the pain central or on one side?
> Sleeping wrong usually causes more pain on one side and muscles go into spasm, which you can feel.
Had any similar problems in past?
> Can be recurrent.
Any other associated problems like body ache, fever, not feeling well or so?> Viral infection can start with low back ache.
Does the straining, bending, twisting increase the pain/discomfort?
> Goes more in favor of muscular pain.
Any Gyne problems?

You may please apply Rubefacient liniment locally( that gives local warmth and relaxation).
Take an anti-inflammatory medicine with painkiller properties like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Do not do any activity that increases discomfort. Take rest.

Awaiting for your feedback too.
Take care.
