Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be an allergic reaction. I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the rash?
Is there any history of fever, sore throat, cough prior to the rash?
Has he taken any medicines prior to onset of rash?
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected areas under the report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Rash is for 2 days. No soar throat. A bit of cold is there. Haven't used any medication before rash. Haven't given any new food. The only thing is he slept on a bedsheet which wasn't used since 6 months. First I felt it was an impression of the bedsheet but later on I saw rash kind on his face. So consulted doctor immediately in the night.
Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction, antihistaminic & topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints and reviewing the attached photographs it seems to be an allergic reaction.
I would recommend you to give him antihistaminic like syrup cyproheptadine ( syrup practin) 5 ml thrice daily and apply topical steroid like desonide cream ( desosoft cream) on the affected areas twice daily for 5-6 days.
This will help in resolving the problem.
