Question: Hi, my wife got first period after 3month of delivery.. But it was small spot.. After 1week again she got period this time flow is normal.. Is there any concern

It is ok to have a bit of spotting before the regular cycles start. This happens due to imbalance in the hormones.

Since the flow second time was normal, I believe she will have her regular periods hereon.
