Hi My Wife Is 6.5 Weeks Pregnant We Have Had
Question: Hi my wife is 6.5 weeks pregnant we have had an ectopic pregnancy with and iui and a failed ivf with biochemical pregnancy but 2 months after we became pregnant naturally . She had mild spotting at 6th week and at 6.5 weeks we saw the babys heart beat on ultrasound but our doctor has told her to rest and be on hcg 5000iu injection and ecosprin (blood thinner) . She doesnt have morning sickness nor food cravings she only has food aversions so we get a lot anxious is this pregnancy viable and what are tje risk of misscarriage

At 7 weeks ,scan should show fetal heart beat.
So get a scan and confirm.Mean while let her continue HCG injection.
If fetal heart beat is there ,then the chances are high.

We saw the heart beat already on 16th feb2020
And shes having chills and lot of gas

So I don't think you need to worry.
Mild spotting do happen and it may get get settled with HCG.
Vomiting is not seen in all pregnant patients so early.It might take some time.
Gas problems are common.Ask her to be relaxed and calm. Both of you need to be relaxed and comfortable.
Be positive
Do follow up scan after 2 weeks if necessary.
