Question: Hi my wife is having pain on her left abdomen and she feels she needs to urinate and 4 out of 7 is false alarm no urine comes and when she urines no pain and the pain increase and decrease

It looks to me like a urinary infection...

I suggest to drink plenty of fluids, raspberry or urologic teas, and take nonsteroid painkillers (e.g. Acetaminophen). Also, antibiotics may be required such as Ciprofloxacin or Nitrofurantoin. If the issue persists for more than 4 5 days, she should do a urologic workup, urine analysis, and abdominal ultrasound.
