Hi there
Thanks for the query
Is the pain worse since a few days?
Is the bleeding recent?
It's possible you may have an infection in the skin in that region due to hair ingrowth likely a Pilonidal cyst.
If you are unwell or have a temperature it's best to see a doctor at the Emergency Department to rule out an infected cyst or abscess.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

It's possibly a cyst that gets infected on and off. I suggest you can get get it looked at by a General Surgeon or if it's not possible to meet one you can get an Ultrasound scan to find out the contents of the cyst.
