Hi On Monday I Was Messing Around Having A Laugh

We were being silly and I sorta run and jumped into a lift and hit my back against the wall, I felt a shockwave feeling go up my neck and back of head, do you think I have a brain injury as I’ve felt a little weird since, I may just be over anxious though
The trauma you explain is minor and less likely to cause brain injury
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,
I carefully read your query and understand your concern.
Generally, it is unlikely for young healthy people to get serious skull or brain injuries with small traumas such as going against a wall. Falling from height and road accidents do impose a high risk for serious damages.
In your case, the trauma you explain is very minor. On the other hand, it is important for us to know if you are having any symptoms such as:
-do you have any headache or other pains at the moment?
- do you have any neurological symptoms such as numbness, weakness or changes in vision, etc?
- did you faint or lost your consciousness when you had the hit against the wall?
- what does it mean you feel weird, can you further explain what exactly do you feel?
If you did not lose your consciousness after the hit against the wall and if you have no pain or neurological symptoms very likely there is nothing to worry about. You will need to keep an eye on it and if there are any changes or you notice symptoms it is best to see your doctor.
If you already have pain or neurological symptoms or if you lost your consciousness it is best to see the doctor soon. The doctor will have to do a thorough examination in this case, including a neurological exam, and if he finds abnormalities he may ask for a CT scan.
I hope this is helpful. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

but its not constantly
Some more clarification is needed on your symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
Generally, symptoms from a brain injury are continuous and not come and go. It is not clear to me what you mean with the vision being a bit weird.
Do you have a blurry or double vision? This is a very important thing to define.
Have you also been using alcohol or other addictive substances recently?
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
