Brief Answer:
Go a head with deep cleaning and your problem will be sorted.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for writing in.
I must say that you are taking good care of your teeth and it’s completely fine if you have skipped something for one day. Secondly, bleeding gums suggest inflammation which occurs due to plaque deposition under the gum and it won’t come out with normal brushing. Therefore, you definitely need a good deep clean to remove the inflammation. After deep clean, you can continue with warm saline rinses for sometime and you can also use mouthwash for a fortnight.
I hope i have answered your query but please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks
Kind Regards
