Brief Answer:
The risk is very unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to Ask a Specialist Service.

Fingering, kissing, breast massage and sucking or playing woth genitals are no risk activities as far as transmission of HIV is concerned. Further, the risk of transmission through oral sex is also very less so you need not to worry about. Be relaxed, forget the episode and move on in life. If still any doubt is there feel free to ask me again any time.

Thank You

Answered by Dr. Sunil Jangid (8 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
The medicines have nothing to do with HIV test result.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

You have negative HIV antibody test after 6 weeks of the exposure which is considered highly reliable and the medicines for the treatment of acne have no effect on the production of antibodies against HIV virus so don't think much, forget the episode and move on in life.

Answered by Dr. Sunil Jangid (26 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
You need not to repeat the test.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

The exposure mentioned by you is very unlikely and the antibody test after 6 weeks is also negative then as such you need not to repeat the test because the test is considered highly reliable after 6 weeks. If still if you want to get it done for your mental satisfaction then repeat the test after 12 weeks. Just calm down, allay the fear or anxiety related to HIV and live your life normally because the risk is very unlikely.

Thank You

Can Any medication delay the antibody production of hiv virus , my partner had a non reactive antibody test after 8 weeks of exposure but she was under jaundice medicine , does hepatitis medicine increases antibody production time and will it effect hiv antibody test done. And is further testing is required .
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sunil Jangid (23 hours later)
Brief Answer:
No further testing is required.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

There is no co-relationof the medicines used in the treatment of Jaundice or Hepatitis and production of antibodies against HIV virus so as per my opinion no further testing is required but still you want to get it done for the peace of your mind then repeat the test after 12 weeks of exposure.
