Sir Thank u so much for your reply. Regarding treatment actually what is the best treatment option. Whether medicine alone can do or surgery is needed. And if surgery needed what will be the consequences like duration of hospital stay, expense of surgery, after effects of surgery etc....
Sir I didn't get creamadiet from the medical store. Instead I got cremaffin..whether that is ok
Brief Answer:
Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Cremaffin is a different kind of laxative.
You can buy a different brand of Cremadiet DUO ( Isapghul + Lactulose).
There are may different options like banding, sclerotherapy, surgery etc.
The cost varies among different hospitals.
You can discuss about these with the surgeon.

Sir I had colonoscopy 4 months back and doctor said everything is normal. Why they have not found my hemorrhoids in colonoscopy. And one more thing is that frequency of my urination is increased now. Whether it has any relation with piles. And one more thing is that only one year before i have noticed piles. Before that I had no symptoms at all. And this is the first time I am having pain because of piles. My wife is also having piles and she is having it more many years. But she never had this kind of pain. Then how my piles is grown this much in one year sir
And sir what oa your opinion about the surgery using laser technology
Sir I have uploaded my colonoscopy result also. Pls have a look on that report also
Brief Answer:
Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
May be it was smaller at that time.
Increased frequency of urination has got nothing to do with piles.
If it is persistent get an urine analysis and blood glucose test done.
Pain may be due to clotting of blood inside it. It can be confirmed only with examination. The other possibility is an associated fissure.
Regarding surgery, you can discuss with a surgeon.
