Question: Hi sir. Myself 38 ye old male. I have noticed small lump like structure beneath my right index toe. Rather than a I will call it as hard skin. I am having leg pain all ive the leg also. But the pain started after I have seen the mass. The leg pain that I am having now I had that earlier also. It is a kind of arthritis pain and I am having ilthis pain intermittently for the last few years. I don't know whether this pain and mass having any relation or not. Expecting an expert advice

It appears that you have a painful corn under your toe. This can be removed by surgery if very painful. Otherwise moisturise, keep foot dry.

Sir Thank u so much for your reply. The small mass beneath my index toe is not painful. That's why I am concerned. Is there any possibility of any serious thing. Pls advice me....
