Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

You tests are pretty normal. A negative STD panel rules out STDs. A few gram +ve cocci and gram -ve coccibacilli in throat swab specimens is pretty normal and is due to commensal bacteria which constitute normal flora along with yeast (candida)

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
