Brief Answer:
Kindly upload the ecg image

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you I can very well understand your concern for your husbands health and I would like to tell you that the symptoms which you are explaining could be because of a heart issue so it’s advisable to kindly upload a clear image of the ECG so that I can give you further directions.

Also I would like to know few things:

1. Any history of diabetes or hypertension?
2. Smoking habit?
3. Any family history of Heart disease?
4. Any medications he is taking previously?

Kind Regards

Detailed Answer:
Although there are no significant STT changes, but this is not a good quality ecg and you need to get a proper 12 lead ecg done at proper voltage and speed parameters.

Now, as there is no previous history or risk factor present in your husband case so the chances of having an underlying heart disease are very minimal.

I would like to suggest you to kindly start giving him some antacids for a couple of days in morning at empty stomach like pantoprazole. Hopefully he will get benefit from this and by the meantime I would like to suggest you to get a stress echocardiogram done to rule out that there is no significant underlying cardiac pathology.

Kind Regards

Detailed Answer:
No, there are no significant STT changes. However the ecg is technically not correct due to which some changes can be missed.

Daily consumption of two cans of beer is not advisable, as that can affect the health.

As I said the chances of having a heart issue is minimal but things should not be left on chance.

Kind Regards
