Brief Answer:
Seborrhoic keratoses, topical retinoid, radio frequency ablation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be seborrhoic keratoses which is a benign growth of the skin.
I would recommend you to apply topical retinoid like tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the affected area once daily at bedtime for 4-5 weeks.
Alternatively you can consult a doctor and get it removed by radio frequency ablation.
It is a minor office procedure requiring 15-20 minutes.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
