Hi There, About 4 Weeks Ago I Woke Up And

Question: Hi there,
About 4 weeks ago I woke up and I found these 2 lumps on my penis.
They are present both when penis is not erect and when it is.
When is erect they are more noticeable, no pain and it seems to be under the skin.
3 weeks ago I did a visit with the urologist and tactile examination revealed nothing, Penis ultrasound also revealed nothing, what can it be?
I've only been prescribed an anti inflammatory cream.
I'm 26 years old, no rough sex or masturbation done.

Brief Answer:
To mo they look like veins
Detailed Answer:
Hi Antonellomirone,
From the photos and what you describe, it looks like perfectly normal veins. More importantly, it does not look like anything dangerous, like cancer or STD. A would think an ultrasound would have given a diagnosis (which in my view is simple penis veins), but perhaps the urologist was looking for something else?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you Dr Anders for your reply!
Ultrasound was done because the lumps (veins) appeared suddenly and also for peace of mind since I got really scared.
What can cause a sudden onset of these veins? WIll it go back to normal? Do I have to follow any mediciation or simply let it be?

Brief Answer:
Difficult to say
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
It is difficult to say if it will go back to its original appearance. There is nothing you can do to change it and to me it looks absolutely fine and normal.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have further questions.
