Brief Answer:
Visit a cardiologist first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I would advise you also to do an ECG and visit a cardiologist because of the pain and elevated LDL you are having. Also I can advice you to do a x-ray of the chest.
You can please explain what you mean with ' I now talks the pop'.
If you visit a cardiologist and examinations come out normal then you don't have to worry about it. Costochondritis may be a cause of the pain it a heart issue is excluded.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi there,

Many thanks for your reply. My apologies, that should say .... I now take the progesterone only pill to control my endometriosis symptoms.
I am not sure if the raised levels are related to endometriosis?

So if my heart is OK the raised LDH levels is likely to be harmless ?

If there anything else I should look out for?

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thank you for asking again.

If the ECG and cardiologist visit is ok, it would be harmless. You have to follow a low-fat diet in order to lower your LDL levels.

You can do an x-ray of the chest to check for costochondritis which may be a cause of it.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
