Hello
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Well yes it could be related to crohns as the kind of pain you say and that you are off your humira for quite some time so a strong possibility of relapse of Crohns is there.
Worthwhile continuing steroids and moving to liquid diet.
Worthwhile doing a cbc esr crp fecal calprotecting and abdominal imaging like a sonography or a ct scan.
Restarting your humira is important when other possibilities are ruled out.
Can slowly institute soft diet and see how you feel.
also can try mild antispasmodics like drotaverine or mebeverine if available locally twice a day.
hope this answers your query
wish you a speedy recovery
best wishes

hi
Detailed Answer:
thank you for the query.
SORRY, well i think my prescription wont work there as my registration is invalid there.
i think try taking paracetamol (OTC)650 thrice a day for 3 days and then reduce dose as you feel better worth visiting your general practitioner and ask for an anti spasmodic again.
best wishes
