Hi There, My Fiance Is Having Involuntary Facial Movements And

My fiance is having involuntary facial movements and believes it is caused by stress. Each time it happens she becomes more and more stressed. I am trying to get her to go to the hospital to figure it out, but she will not go. Should I help her by trying to get her to relax or get her to a doctor asap?
Please help!
Magnesium and vitamin B complex can help her.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
You are saying that she is having facial movement and I think this can be facial cramping or involuntary muscle contractions. It can be related to stress as you say and relaxing can help her feel better.
I think also electrolytes imbalance, dehydration, lack of sleep, nerve issues can cause it .
You have to help her keep hydrated having more water and fluids. Taking magnesium and vitamin B complex may help her not to have more contractions. Relaxing and lack of stress also can help.
If she doesn't get better you can send her to doctor. It is not an emergency that you should send her to doctor ASAP .
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Start taking magnesium and vitamin B complex if still continue go to neurologist
Detailed Answer:
If this is first time to happen and if she has never had any neurological issues it can be simple ticks not tourette. You start using magnesium and vitamin B complex and then if she doesn't feel better you can talk to a neurologist.

She can have a soup, toast and cheese
Detailed Answer:
I think she can start with a soup ,she can eat bananas , fruits and vegetables.
She should eat a soup and also have liquids to keep hydrated and to take electrolytes also . This can also affect the ticks because dehydration may be causing it.
Having a toast with cheese ad yoghurt would be good.
