Brief Answer:
Hii. This is normal. The eustachian tube gets opened while during swallowin
Detailed Answer:
Hii. This is normal. The eustachian tube gets opened while during swallowing or opening the mouth. That's why you get the sound of clicking. So nothing to worry to about. Sometimes people has eustachian tube dysfunction. You can take chewing gum which can facilitate the opening of the eustachian tube.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
The noise you felt may be due to weakness of the hearing nerve or it may be due to any structure of the body. You at first do a hearing test. If it comes out to be sensorineural weakness then it's better to take a hearing aid. If it is normal then then there is nothing to worry about. You avoid a noise-free environment. Switch on fan or radio at low volume while during sleep.
