Question: Hi there,

So sorry about this embarrassing problem.
I wish I wasn’t here having to explain myself but I have no choice..

2 years ago I engaged in XXXXXXX sex with a male with a 9” penis. I was on the bottom and not experienced. The intercourse was quite rough and I could feel his penis hitting against something internally but stupidly did not say stop.

Since then I have had urinary incontinence. I have seen many urologists and had bladder ultrasounds, spinal MRI, sacral nerve stimulation. All of which showed no issues or were of no help.

I didn’t know is my colon potentially had been damaged or bladder wall or...???

I suffer from a fairly constant slow drip that at times can be quite bad. I have to change pads twice a day and it has ruined my life it is safe to say.

Apologies for this topic but I fidn’t know where else to turn to try and get answers.

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Small nerve injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello And thank you for choosing "Ask a doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concern,
Please don't feel embarrassed every one has right to choose the way he wants to live his life.
Comming to your question 9 inch penetration is too deep to be XXXXXXX and very likely has caused some nerve injury.Tests are normal because any investigation usually tests the main nerve but there are number of small branches which protrudes out of it.Very likely there is injury in any small branched nerve and this inflammation is causing incontinence.
I would suggest you to take methycobalamine tablets 1000 mvc once daily for 2 week to help repairing the nerve branch and along with it take anti inflammatory to subside inflammation(Ibuprofen).
Tell me how you feel in a week.
Thanks.
