Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed the attached images. This looks like herpes but that cannot be concluded without further testing. Herpes appears with fluid-filled vesicles, pain and often grouped together. They later on break and give way to clean shallow ulcers.

There is generally no need to get treated unless it is extensive and very bothersome which may not be the case with you at this time.

In all, get a blood test done. This will tell us if you have herpes for real or not. I will caution against sexual activities at this time as the lesions still look fresh.

Between, how old are you? Are you sexually active? Have you ever experienced this before?
