Hi There, I’ve Notice A LOT Of Small Bumps Below
Question: Hi there, i’ve notice A LOT of small bumps below the chin area yesterday and it just came out of nowhere. As the day continued it started to expand more to the sides. They’re not red, puss-filled or itchy. It seemed to go down a little when i took claritin, but its still there. I dont know if its an allergic reaction, fungal infection, or something else. Please help.
Its actually below the mouth and by the chin area. Might be slight red in pigment, but its hard to see since i’m a medium skin color.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction or contact dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
After carefully reviewing the image you provided I conclude that judging by the sudden appearance and the spread area it most certainly looks like an allergic reaction or irritant contact dermatitis. Irritant contact dermatitis is a type of allergic reaction caused by direct skin contact with poison ivy, jewelry or ingredients in skin care or make-up products.
Make sure you stop using and skin products, for the time being, avoid touching or scratching the area and use an over the counter Hydrocortisone balm to speed the healing process.
I hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
