
Hi There, Last Month In December I Had A Full

Question: Hi there, last month in december i had a full physical and blood work and everything came back normal. however 2, weeks ago i started taking prenatal vitamins and it didnt sit well with me - dark stool and constipation so i stopped. my finger nail beds also started hurting for some reason (not sure if it is connected) but when i press down on them it feels sore and hurts and the color looks weird. i dont remember them looking this way before. see attached picture. just want to know if i should be concerned or what this means. thank you.

Dark stools and constipation could be related to the vitamins you have taken.
I would recommend you to take tablet Biotin 10mg once daily and apply moisturizing cream on the entire hands 2-3 times in a day.
This will help your nails.
