Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms are really atypical for any cardiac disorder.
In my opinion, your symptoms could be related to a nerve disorder or a musculo-skeletal pain. Fibromyalgia can mimic this clinical situation too.
But, as a cardiologist I would exclude any possible cardiac issues, as there is no chest pain, there is no fluctuations on the heart rate and blood pressure values.
Another argument to exclude a cardiac issue would be your recent performed cardiac tests, which have resulted normal.
So, try not to worry about it!
Anxiety is playing an important role in all this clinical scenario too. So, try not to think about it!
Hope to have been helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Wishing all the best,
Dr. Iliri
There is no reason to worry about it!

Dear XXXXXXX
These heart rate fluctuations are quite normal during physical activity and anxiety.
There is no reason to panic or think that this is heart related.
I would just recommend having some rest and try not to think about it.
Nothing serious is going on!
As a cardiologist I can assure you about this!
Let me know about everything!
Wishing all the best,
Dr.Iliri
