Question: Hi this is for Dr Sharka I am a returning person as u know I have fybro and Costo today in the last hour I have had pain in left side under breast and in breast pain that comes and goes no shortness of breath no other symptoms but I do have lower back pain I have been standing all day I have had a loop test done and echo stress loop is normal and waiting on echo stress blood pressure is normal blood work is normal is this Costo related or cardiac

As a cardiologist, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues, especially considering your recent performed cardiac tests.

So, just try to relax and don't worry about it!

I would just recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and have some rest.

A wrong posture could explain the back pain.

For this reason, I would recommend trying to correct your posture and performing regular physical activity in order to help reinforce your back muscles.

Hi thank you I do have some neasea on and off since Tuesday but I am weening off mertazapine other than that no other symptoms

I don't think that your symptoms are related to the heart.

The nausea could be related to rebound anxiety from mirtazapine withdrawal or a gastritis issue.

For this reason I recommend taking a PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.) during these days.

Your cardiac tests are within the normal ranges (no significant cardiac arrhythmia on the Holter monitoring, no evidence of myocardial ischemia or coronary artery disease on the cardiac stress echo).

So, just relax and don't worry about it !

I still think that your symptoms could be musculo-skeletal or gastric issues.

For this reason, I think that the combination of PPI and a painkiller will help improve your situation.
