Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

Based on your description, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.

In my opinion, this seems to be just a musculoskeletal pain, the arm pain too.

Is the pain triggered by deep breathing or pressure at this point?

I recommend taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen and using some warm local packs.
I am sure that everything is going to be ok!

So try to relax and don't worry too much about it!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri

Dear XXXXXXX

Based on your description, I am quite sure that this is a musculo-skeletal pain.

so, there is no reason to panic!

I am sure that this is not a cardiac issue.

For this reason, I would recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and using warm local packs. Some rest will help too.

Hope to have been helpful!
