Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your blood lab tests are perfectly normal.
There may be some artifact on the ECG, which I would recommend repeating a 12 lead ECG. As all your previous cardiac tests have resulted normal and actual troponin levels are normal, it is probably an electrode artifact.
Considering your normal troponin levels, there is no reason to worry about!
In my opinion your symptoms are not related to the heart, but probably caused by costochondritis or fibromyalgia.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I carefully reviewed your uploaded tests and would conclude that they are almost normal.
In fact, those QRS fragmentation in V1-V2 leads on the ECG, could be definitely clarified by cardiac MRI which is able to perform cardiac tissues characterization.
Anyway, I don't think that they have any clinical significance.
I continue to think that your symptoms are not related to the heart, but to costo or fibromyalgia.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
