Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not related to the heart or any stroke.
In my opinion, your symptoms could be related to indigestion and insomnia.
So, there is no reason to panic!
I would just recommend having some rest and taking an antiacid or PPI.
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,

I am sure that your jaw pain is related to TMJ inflammation.
Considering your exercise cardiac stress test results, I don't think that there is anything to worry about! It is just because of low physical performance.
I would just recommend continuing regular physical exercise as it will help improve your physical performance.
But there is no reason to panic about your heart.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
