Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I understand your concern and would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not related to the heart.
You should know that cardiac chest pain is not related to eating.
Your symptoms are typical of the stomach.
For this reason I would recommend taking omeprazole in the morning every day for a week.
If this situation persists, I would recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Kind regards,

Dear XXXXXXX
I understand your concern and as a Cardiologist I would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not related to the heart.
In my opinion, your symptoms could be related to gastritis or costochondritis.
If ibuprofen helps improve your situation, I would conclude about costochondritis.
Otherwise, if ibuprofen does not help or even worsens your situation, I would recommend considering gastritis. In such case fibrogastroscopy would be necessary.
