Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not typical of the heart.

In my opinion, these symptoms could be related to costochondritis.

Nothing serious is going on! So just relax and don't worry about it!

I would also recommend taking an antiacid in order to help improve your upset stomach.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other options please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing a nice weekend,

Brief Answer:
My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Your symptoms are typical of indigestion or a viral infection of the gastrointestinal system.

So there is no reason to worry about your heart.

I would just recommend taking an antiacid and buscopan for the pain.

Some diet modifications are necessary during these days in order to prevent further diarrhea.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri
